friendly staff professional staff clean room
the staff were very professional and friendly. marta at the front desk.). she even upgraded our room to a super clean and beautiful room this time.
i found the room a bit cold. there was no food available after 9:45 pm, not even room service. i was told to order from just eats which felt unacceptable after i paid for the room.

street noise ineffective air conditioning
the location was good, close to transport links.
My room faced a busy street and the noise was noticeable throughout the night. Sleep was difficult! the air conditioning also seemed ineffective. It didn't cool the room adequately. the breakfast wasn't included and the bar service was quite slow.

the room was spacious. it was a beautiful king room balcony. the bed was comfortable. breakfast was a la carte and had quality options.
the room service food availability ended early at 9:45 pm. i was told to order from just eats. the bar service was not attentive. i sat with an empty glass while other guests received attention.

wonderful stay!
attentive staff reasonable price modern interior great support
i appreciated the attentiveness of the bar staff, especially ali. i found the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus had good options at reasonable prices. the hotel interiors looked modern and wifi connectivity worked well. marta at the front desk assisted with changes to my reservation. i'm thankful for her support.

clean room great breakfast small lobby air conditioning
the room was a superior king room, and i found it very clean. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the lobby was very small and did not offer much space to relax. the air conditioning in my room kept turning off automatically, a bit annoying during the night.
