i found the room a bit cold. there was no food available after 9:45 pm, not even room service. i was told to order from just eats which felt unacceptable after i paid for the room.

the location was good, close to transport links.
My room faced a busy street and the noise was noticeable throughout the night. Sleep was difficult! the air conditioning also seemed ineffective. It didn't cool the room adequately. the breakfast wasn't included and the bar service was quite slow.

the room was a superior king room, and i found it very clean. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the lobby was very small and did not offer much space to relax. the air conditioning in my room kept turning off automatically, a bit annoying during the night.
